In an era where the number of Twitter followers is a gauge of success, up- and-coming Atlanta rapper Ca$h Out remains humble: His reach is still under 100,000, though, he admits, he aims for much higher. His single "Cashin' Out" was released in 2012.

"Big Ears."
Deep in the Colombian Amazon, two Yucuna tribesmen are dressed for the Orejones (or Big Ears) phase of the very rarely photographed Baile del Muñeco or Puppet Dance, which lasts for over 36 hours. To prepare for the dance, the participants, usually the male members of the village, dress up and paint their remaining visible skin black, in order to invoke a form of death, and therefore be able to communicate better with their ancestors in the spirit world.
