is the owner of Jed Root, Inc., an artist management agency for fashion photographers, makeup artists, hair and fashion stylists, illustrators, prop/set designers and manicurists. Root began his career in fashion working as an assistant to various hair, makeup and wardrobe stylists. He later became an agent at Names Management, before founding Jed Root, Inc. in 1989. For the past several years Root has served on the advisory committee to The Gordon Parks Foundation. He’s also on the board of trustees of The Public Theater and The Center for Photography at Woodstock as well as the Association of Community Employment, an organization that empowers homeless men and women in New York City by providing employment training.

started her career as an intern at the ad agency BBDO New York in the Art Buying department. Upon graduation, she became full time and quickly climbed the production ladder to become a producer working on accounts such as Gillette, Campbell’s Soup, AT&T and Starbucks. After five and a half years at BBDO, she decided to pursue a new career opportunity as a producer in Philadelphia with Klip Collective. In her spare time you can find Capodici enjoying the outdoors, checking out local wineries, or traveling to a new and interesting destination, often with camera in hand.
