Alex Arnold works on travel, portrait, fashion and still-life shoots at Travel + Leisure, in addition to the magazine's digital projects. After graduating from Oberlin College with a degree in art history, he began his career as a photo editor at Art + Auction and Modern Painters.
Lindsay Blatt is the founder of Archerfish, a full-service film- and video-production company. Blatt's documentary film Herd has won more than 15 festival awards and has aired on PBS. She has worked as a photo editor for The New York Times, Instagram, UNICEF and Vogue.

Before joining National Geographic, Patrick Witty was the director of photography at WIRED and the international picture editor at TIME and The New York Times. The coverage he has edited has won numerous awards, and he has served on juries that include Pictures of the Year International and the World Press Photo Masterclass Selection Committee.
